For full planning services, we recommend booking 12-18 months in advance to ensure availability and allow ample time for design and vendor curation. However, we've worked magic in as little as 6 months. Day-of coordination can typically be booked 3-6 months before your wedding. Destination weddings often require 18+ months of planning.
Full Planning includes everything from initial concept and design to vendor management, budget tracking, timeline creation, and complete execution. We're with you every step of the way for 12-18 months.
Day-Of Coordination begins 4-6 weeks before your wedding. We review all your plans, create a detailed timeline, coordinate with vendors, manage rehearsal, and ensure flawless execution on your wedding day.
Absolutely! We've planned weddings across Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, and throughout the United States. Destination weddings are one of our specialties. We handle all logistics including venue scouting, local vendor relationships, guest accommodations, welcome events, and on-site coordination. Travel fees apply and are discussed during consultation.
We intentionally limit ourselves to 15-20 full planning clients per year to ensure each couple receives our complete attention and dedication. This allows us to craft truly personalized experiences without compromise. We take on additional day-of coordination and partial planning clients as our schedule allows.

We curate and coordinate all vendors, handle contracts and payments, manage RSVPs, and orchestrate every detail. Yes! We understand every couple has unique needs. While we offer three core packages (Full Planning, Partial Planning, and Day-Of Coordination), we're happy to create custom à la carte services. Whether you need just floral design, venue sourcing, or vendor management, we can build a package that fits your specific requirements and budget.
We've cultivated relationships with exceptional vendors over the years and happily share recommendations. However, you're never obligated to use them. If you have vendors you love or want to explore other options, we fully support that and will coordinate seamlessly with any professional vendor. Our priority is creating your perfect day with the best team for your vision.
